Rock was a base constructed at the coordinates 0,0 in the OCE tile. It was known for its outlandish projects and overall scale being the largest base on the server at the time. The base had existed since the full release of Minto with the anchor being placed on the very first day. Being at spawn, the base gained significant attention from new players passing by with some being nested there growing a small spawn community. The base had existed since the full release of Minto with the anchor being placed on the very first day.
